• If your accident occurred on a state highway and the Louisiana State Police (LSP) responded, your accident report will be housed with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS).
• If your accident did not occur on a state highway and local police officers responded, your accident report will be housed with the city-specific police department who responded to the accident.
